emergency call - 24/7
  • 0800 002 5077

We operate in the Lancashire region. This covers Blackburn, Preston, Bolton, Wigan & all surrounding areas.

We attend all emergency jobs (rates apply) on time and with qualified engineers. We stock parts locally for most boilers.

We aim to fix your issue on the same day.

A boiler service covers the following checks:

– Check your boiler for corrosion and leaks
– Clean its parts as required
– Remove your boiler casing to check its main components are working
– Put the casing back on and make sure it’s properly sealed
– Check the gas pressure to make sure it’s at the right level
– Do a flue test to check that there are no unsafe emissions coming from your boiler

They’ll do their best to fix your heating in one visit, but it depends what the problem is.

Our engineers carry lots of parts with them in their vans, but they can’t carry everything. If they don’t have the part they need, they’ll order it from our local distribution centre. The part will usually be with them the same or next day. We’ll always keep you up to date on how long we think it will take to fix your problem.

Your quote is only for the work we’ve already agreed with you. We’ll quote separately for other work needed for unrelated faults. This may happen if for example, you’ve called us about a boiler breakdown but also ask us to fix a leaking radiator. But we can fix other issues at the same time if we have availability.

We ask for a credit or debit card to be held on file. We then debit the account on the agreed price once the job has been completed and you are happy with the service.

No Payment is ever taken out without your permission and if you are not happy.

We thoroughly investigate and locate the source of the leak. We would then replace all necessary parts. We never patch up we always replace. This is to ensure longevity on that repair.

9 times out of 10 we can make your old heating system smart by replacing the manual thermostat with a modern smart one.

We can get this done within a few hours and show you how to set up your heating on your phone or tablet.
